As most of you know I recently put a chat button on site so that if anyone needs help they can instantly message me. Since I sent out the last ezine I have been flooded with requests for help. And I mean flooded - so much so that at times I have despaired of ever getting any work done.

The requests for help have been from people who are bereaved or wish to develop their abilities but are worried about what happens at a spiritualist church. Now I don't know what type of message we are giving out but beleive me I have had some very worrying conversations since I have put that chat button on site.

Due to these conversations I have some requests for the churches and I hope you will implement them if at all possible ...

(1) Have a meeter and greeter at the door so that new people coming to the church are welcomed and don't feel alienated.

(2) Make sure the person on the door can explain to new visitors what happens once they enter the building.

(3) Make sure whoever man's (or woman's) the phones is welcoming and can explain what happens

(4) Publish a leaflet explaining what happens at a service or development group

(5) Publish the same information on your website

I'm sure if the churches implemented some of the above we would have more members and less worrying conversations regarding what spiritualists do!!
